1 teaspoon (15 mL) dry sherry, optional
2 cloves garlic, minced
1?2 teaspoon (2 mL) dried thyme leaves
1?2 teaspoon (2 mL) dried sage, crumbled
salt AND freshly ground pepper
1 recipe Buttermilk Biscuit Crust made with 1-1?4 cups (300 mL) buttermilk
